Ember Current Talisman

A black kyanite fan pendant paired with faceted hessonite garnet, designed to carry the steady heat of the ember line.

Hessonite is a variety of grossular garnet known for its warm tones—honey, amber, rust, and deep ember brown. The faceted beads hold light in small flashes, creating movement through the strand while keeping the palette grounded and earthy. Garnet has long been associated with endurance, vitality, and the slow-burning energy that sustains transformation rather than forcing it.

The pendant is a natural black kyanite fan. Kyanite forms in bladed crystal structures that spread outward like bundled twigs, which is why pieces like this are sometimes called “witch’s broom” stones in contemporary crystal traditions. Its structure gives the pendant a directional, clearing quality, forming a natural focal point at the base of the strand.

Together, the warm garnet tones and the dark kyanite create a balance between heat and boundary—like an ember banked beneath ash, steady and alive.

This piece belongs to the Ember line, a current of grounded fire: energy that moves quietly, builds slowly, and lasts.
