Flying Moose Alchemy specializes in oversized pendants and one-of-a-kind jewelry rooted in the alchemical process of transformation, raw material shaped by time, hand, and intention into something enduring. Each piece is made in rural Maine with attention to weight, balance, and the quiet presence a well-made object carries.
I work with striking, character-rich stones such as banded fluorite points, smoky quartz, rose quartz, and tourmalated quartz, pairing them with faceted precious and semi-precious stones including ruby, aquamarine, and lapis lazuli. These materials are chosen not only for beauty, but for how they interact, contrast, harmony, tension, and cohesion, the same forces at work in alchemy itself.
No two pieces are the same. Each necklace is meant to be worn as a personal talisman, shaped by use and time, gathering meaning as it moves through the world with its wearer.
